Valent e Nufarm colaboram para vender herbicida Valtera
22 de março de 2011 Valent Canada Inc. announced today that Nufarm Agriculture, Inc. will become the sales agent of record for Valtera Herbicide, according to a press release.
Effective immediately, Nufarm will be responsible for all sales, shipping and billing of Valtera in Canada.
“We are excited about this opportunity to work with Nufarm on growing our Valtera business,” said Todd Younghans, country manager for Valent Canada in a prepared statement. “We believe that by partnering with Nufarm on this key product, we will gain efficiencies and will be better able to serve our customers in the Canadian marketplace.”
“Nufarm is pleased that we are able to strengthen our product offering in row crops,” said Yvonnick Jambon, general manager for Nufarm in Canada in a prepared statement. “The addition of Valtera to our portfolio will create new and exciting opportunities for us in this vital Canadian market.”
Valtera is a preemergence residual herbicide launched in 2009 that offers soybean growers broad spectrum weed control. Valtera provides control of many broadleaf weeds such as Eastern black nightshade, lamb’s-quarters and pigweeds—including Group 2 and triazine-resistant biotypes, according to Valent.
