Bayer Launches Infinito In Poland, Germany, Austria

In 2006, Infinito achieved regulatory approval in the UK, China, and Korea. Infinito combines propamocarb — a potato fungicide against late blight (Phytophthora infestans) — with one of the company’s newer products, fluopicolide, a molecule with a novel mode of action which leads to the rapid destabilization of fungal cell structures. Infinito provides long-lasting protection in all weather conditions, and has a favorable residue and ecological profile, according to Bayer.
