AgriThority, an agricultural product, business and market development company, welcomes regulatory affairs expert, George Fountas to the leadership team. Specializing in accelerating new technologies to commercialization around the world, AgriThority expands regulatory expertise with the addition of Fountas.

Fountas, an accomplished regulatory leader, has nearly 15 years of expertise in agricultural biologicals, biostimulant and biopesticide regulations across the U.S., EU, CIS and Latin America. Passionate about sustainability and regenerative agriculture, Fountas has a proven track record of driving innovation and operational efficiency. He is particularly adept at developing strategic initiatives and leading multinational teams toward achieving organizational goals.

“George has demonstrated success in navigating complex international regulatory landscapes to gain product registrations and market expansions for a wide range of biologic and other innovative products,” said Jerry Duff, AgriThority Founder and President. “He’s stepping into a leadership role of an AgriThority team that’s already proven its mettle in mastering the regulatory pathways around the world. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and Iowa State University, Fountas has experience with companies such as Indigo, BASF and Becker Underwood. As AgriThority Global Director, Regulatory Affairs, Fountas will lead regulatory projects including importation through label submissions to registration, as well as international, U.S. federal, and state registration maintenance for clients.
