DuPont Acquires Seed Distribution Companies

DES MOINES, Iowa, United States — DuPont acquired Seed Consultants of Washington C.H., Ohio, and Terral Seed of Lake Providence, La., as part of its Pioneer Hi-Bred PROaccessSM business strategy, according to a press release.

The two seed companies have already been distributing products under the Pioneer-owned Supreme EX and REV brands for corn hybrids and soybean varieties.

Pioneer will continue its PROaccessSM distribution agreements with other independent seed companies, according to the release
