Huskie is recommended for post-emergent use on wheat, barley, and triticale to control broadleaf weeds, including chickweed (Stellaria media), lambsquarters (Chenopodium album), nightshades (Solanum spp.), pigweeds (Amaranthus spp.) and velvetleaf (Abutilon theophrasti).

According to Bayer, this is the first significant new mode of action for use in cereals for more than two decades.
