To become a certified B Corp™, organizations must undergo a rigorous assessment process evaluating the impact of their operations and business model on employees, customers, communities, and the environment. They must also achieve a verified minimum score on the “B Impact Assessment.” This certification reflects a demanding approach that drives Elicit Plant to continuously reassess and improve its practices, from designing innovative solutions to evaluating their impact on farmers, local communities, ecosystems, and employees.
