Kleffmann Group's Dr. Bob Fairclough explained the key drivers of the $53-billion crop protection industry. With several hundred companies all with different strategies, close to 100 countries with pesticide sales in excess of $50 million and nearly 1,000 different active ingredients, and at last count around 10,000 unique brands on a global basis, this was no easy task.
